Lacy joined The Bridge clinical team in July of 2006 as the coordinator for the Mobile - Recovery Center for Teens and Drug Court programs. 

She obtained her Master of Science degree in community counseling in 2002 from the University of South Alabama. Lacy is a certified adolescent alcohol and drug professional (CAADP) and a licensed professional counselor (LPC).

Her previous work experience in human services includes clinical therapist/case manager for Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief, clinical coordinator for Strengthening Neighborhood Investment Program, case manger for Boys and Girls Club of South Alabama, and substance abuse therapist for Mobile Mental Health - Oasis Drug Treatment Program.
