Shanteka became a member of The Bridge clinical team in November of 2007. During the past two years she has served as a counselor with the adolescent substance clients of the Kennington program.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services in 2006 from Troy State University. Her previous clinical experience includes one year working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. She is pursuing her certification as an alcohol and drug abuse professional (CADP). Her warmth and genuine compassion for helping others has made her an effective and valued member of our team.
