Jennifer Chastain started at The Bridge in February 2006 as a treatment aid. In 2007 she was promoted to treatment aid supervisor. In June 2008, Jennifer was promoted to her current position as a residential case manager for the Northwood Crisis Residential Program (CRP).

Jennifer uses her own experiences in recovery (celebrating 7 years) to work with the clients of Northwood CRP.
