Tim Naugher has been a leader in the field of addiction treatment in Alabama for three decades.  He began his career with The Bridge in 1979 following graduation from Birmingham-Southern College.    He left briefly in 1980 to become the chief probation officer of the juvenile court in Cherokee County.   He returned to The Bridge in 1981 and became the Executive Director in 1984.     He received his Master of Science degree from Jacksonville State University in 1984 with emphases in clinical and organizational psychology. 
 
Tim is a member of the Alabama Council of Community Mental Health Boards, Inc; the National Council of Community Behavioral Health; and the American College of Hospital Executives.      He is an avid student of leadership theory and organizational improvement.   He considers it an honor to be associated with the wonderful staff of The Bridge and to be able to share in the great work done in all Bridge programs.
