Serving ALABAMA’S adolescents and their families regardless of ability to pay

Community Diversion

When adolescents exhibit behaviors or make choices that lead to involvement in the criminal justice system, they need intensive services.

Our diversion services are exclusively for adolescents who have been court-ordered to attend. These programs allow adolescents to stay in their homes while receiving services such as individual counseling, family dynamics, school attendance, completing their education, obtaining a job or completing the terms of their probation.

The Bridge offers individualized services to adolescent males and females age 12 to 18 who are experiencing behavioral and legal issues. Through a cooperative working relationship between The Bridge and local juvenile or family courts, we serve adolescents and their families by providing supportive, active, clinical treatment services to restore and enhance the family system, thereby reducing dysfunction and criminal behavior.
